Hey guys I live in adama/Nazret I want to get passport and inorder to do that I have to have birth certificate and I did get it from Kebele today But I heard that In the back of the birth certificate there must be a stamp(ማህተም) and I don't where to get that Anyone live in adama knows where I can get the stamp??? It's urgent Thanks for your answer.
