Hello guys!! Am not sure if anyone of u have experienced it but i always have a fear of insects since i was a kid. I always sweat when i see insects and this is the world we live with insects and its hard to deal with this phobia. Any body knows anyway to stop this feeling?

hehe if it is a phobia then its gonna be hard but , just know that the insectes are much more scared ofyou than you scared of them, just ignore them or use insectside to distroy them from your home.
