First of all you need to understand where this came from originally.. i would start from your parents bc some random day your mind recorded n believed it as fact that “girls don’t deserve respect” milewn… it could be that your dad didn’t respect your mom, or it could be the opposite (your mom didn’t respect your dad) and you kinda want revenge.. or it could another role model that pictured this idea onto you like uncle or so.. bcha figure out where it came from and practice slowly to stop that..
