Dec 03, 2021Start by not saying you hate yourself anymore. Start by saying you love yourself, even if you don't believe it, say it everyday outloud and mention one thing you like about yourself. In time you'll start believing it too.

Dec 03, 2021I was insecure too, but something you have to realize is that God made u this way for a reason and what he makes is always perfect. And if you don't love yourself who will. U need to accept yourself completely, flaws and all. Don't compare yourself to others, a flower and a sunrise are both beautiful but in a completely different way.read and watch videos on self confidence. The more u know the better. Good luck sis
