72berase through time yemetalgn neger new so it isn't exactly advice but they are: 1 - stop worrying about and trying to control everything around you. 2 - stop caring about what other people think about you and stop chasing their approval. 3 - even if it doesn't go as planned everything's going to be alright. I've been doing these for about 3 weeks and they have helped me alot. I feel so relaxed, free and have 0 stress.
