Hello people of telegram, I need your help. When I was a kid I had OCD and I did all these crazy rituals and I guess it wasn't that bad...but now it has changed to severe anxiety and high inhibition system where my mind and body resist me at every corner. This has led me to be very shy, indecisive and the worst is overthinking and worrying about problems that don't even exist. I don't think behavioral approach would help me because I have tried everything, maybe anti-anxiety or anti-depressants like SSRIs or SNRIs would help, Where do I go to get those prescribed? I don't think I can afford the fee at Sitota psych center, where else can I go?
