I so so so feel u! Been exactly there & pls talk to me if u want pls pls that's the first thing u need at this time is someone u can talk to...I have been experiencing depression for quite a while & last year was my breaking point. I finally talked abt it with my family (since I couldn't find a psychiatrist on my own) and didn't went well but still I let it out. They came through eventually and I saw a psychiatrist, tried a medication (not the therapy) for 6 months or so. Honestly I haven't noticed that much change from the medication but what changed was the fact that I talked abt after all those years & that in itself is a huge part of recovery in any case I'm sure. So what I would suggest bfr anything is to talk to someone abt it & if u don't have one like me even strangers will do (I'd love to talk to u) hoping I'll be helpful even a tiny litl bitđź’ś
