U can hack the password with an operating system called kali linux. And u can use aireplay or fern WiFi cracker. But the main problem is how u generate a possible wordlist for the password. U can find wordlist on the internet but if your neighbors password is not in the wordlist then u can't crack the password. So I recommend u to crack the wps of the router.
