In my opinion There is a lot of thing must be changed but I will try make it short 1) we have to eradicate corruption 2) wise use of natural resource 3) increasing the society knowledge about logic 4) create awareness about population pressure, since there is to many of us and there is to many irrational peopel 5) stop nation and nationality based politics etc...

Non stupid , non greedy and non corrupt leaders top to bottom

The death of all the stupid old men in power to die so that they stop sucking on this country’s bank account and also a new government consisting of open minded Gen-Zs

If you're talking about wealth, and if there were these much people who are in corruption who have billions of birr, Socialism would have been the best way. In our country the gap between the wealthy people and the poverty region is so vast. That's because of 9 out of 10 rich people get their unlimited money by corruption and bribery. Which gives them the chance to have a higher state of money than all the other poor people. Socialism is great at sustaining the wealth of ones country, the problem is if the country has been ruled by a capitalism which is not implemented in the correct way, it is hard to implement the socialism afterwards. That's what happened when Derg came to power in the mid 60's. People with 30 and 40 cars were retrograded to a ጋሪ. Which ended in the suicidal death of our ባላባትs by that time.
