I was in the same position like yours. I like math and the life sciences. In addition, I really like designing. I drop down my interests in math and designing and stubbornly chose to join medicine. I already regret my decision so much. I should have joined something that combine my interests or chose a field of study that doesn't hold me back from learning another thing besides. So my dear, choose very carefully. You can do one of the following two things. 1. Research if there is some field of study that can combine your interests. Don't think about salary and job opportunities in Ethiopia. I consider these things when I made my decision. They kinda rendered me into making the wrong decision. If you are really happy with what you pursue, you gonna succeed no matter how low the salary and the job opportunities are for the career you choose. 2. Research fields of study that doesn't hold you back from studying another thing on the night schedule or on extension. Good luck! I hope you make a decision that you won't ever regret.
