If you don't have a career in playing football, then you should start coaching in a 'C' team of a club. There is a test you would take and if you pass you will be granted the C license. The test is about exercises you give to your players, your type of formation, the duration of exercises you give to your players and more about creativity. It is better for you to go out and ask a coach what the test is about. Then after you coached in a C team for at least a year the team's board will give you rights to learn the B license protocol. You will learn, then take a test, then get the license. In two years or more you will get the A license, by the same procedure. The last step is the PRO license. You will be recognized under FIFA. By this license you could coach national teams and more. I hope this helps. For more briefing and talk I will leave my link down there. Hope you get what you desire. Bye!
