Nov 12, 2021Did you bought the brand new phone or used one, cuz if it's used the battery might be changed. If you got laptop or mac go open browser and download a software called 3U tools then plug your phone using iPhone cable. After that there's an option that says "verification report" which will help you see if the battery was changed or not...if you need orginal replacement battery contact @cy_slack
