Well, it would be better for you not to have muscles. If you do workout that keeps or maintains a shape of a model, that's enough for a girl, because women will get into so much body changes later in their life and especially after you gave birth and you raise children your muscles will wear out and your breasts won't have their strength they used to have. You will have lot of unwanted body(which looks like a leftover skin, you know what I'm saying). So, it is better for you not to have a muscle. But if you have a BMI that is in between 21 to 27 and you want to maintain that, you could do those simple looking but body transforming exercises.
- Lunges
- Pushups and sit ups (modified ones)
- Plank exercise
- Women's Burpees
- Dig ups
- Chin ups
- vertical stretching
- Last but not least, simple Yoga
Your diet will not be a problem for these workouts. Ethiopian traditional foods are filled with more protein and iron. So you just gotta know the amount of the calorie in your bread and potato and other carbohydrate takings. Our body uses fat or protein after it has finished with it's carbohydrate so don't worry much about the calories you get from Ethiopian foods. For more briefing and talk, I will drop my username down there.
Hope you will get the body you desire. Bye!
