Oct 26, 2021hi dear can you elaborate more about the nature of her menstrual cycle ? is it primary or secondary amenorrhea? if she was having before and then it stopped, its secondary amenorrhea! if she was not having menses at all by this age, its primary amd the cause is so different. Normally, menstrual irregularity for the first 2-3 years might be physiological because of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis immaturity! NB: Any secondary amenorrhea in reproductive age (15-45) group should be considered as pregnancy unless and otherwise its ruled out! ๐๐๐
