Well the cosigner has to be illegible meaning his/her income has to be enough to be able to pay back the loan if you can't, since that's the whole point of having a cosigner. And most of the times it will have to mean that that person who signed will have a loan on her/his account so that might hold them from using some personal things. This one am nt sure abt bt since Americans live on loan most of the time, I think that would have an effect on em. So its better if its a person uk like a relative. Other than that there are just papers to sign and that's all!
