my phone keeps taking balance every time I charge even when data is off i don't use any thing else not even phone call or text .I tried to call 994 they erased messages taking the money after that it is still taking money what do u guys recommend me to do to stop this am sick of it thank u for ur help

It happen to me too and I found out I subscribed to 8365 and I didn't know it stop taking my money when I unsubscribe it so check that out on ur txt
