Trust yo won't regret it being a software engineer if you really have the passion. I am a software engineer and I make 90,000 birr a month, I am happy every day to go to work, learn new things. The question is do you really have passion for programming or computer? Because getting high salary or running your own business doesn't come easily, you have to put the hard work. Develop your skill every day, it is not only about what you know but what you can do, for example if you choose to be mobile developer you have to do it really good. Learn how to solve problem, Algorithm, learn one programming language, know all the syntax, the more you get into it the more you would know what to do. Becha don't just live inside the circle that your teachers or school draw. Because our schooling is really bad, you have to draw your own line. And that's isn't something everyone do, you need again to invest in your self, learning, practicing and applying. And also you need to be active in participating in field related events, keep an eye on opportunities, where you can get them and soon. If you can do this I guarantee you you will easily get a job.
