#health Can anyone help? I have myopia (short sightedness) doctor prescribed me glasses since .. like 2 years and I don't feel comfortable wearing the glasses, I only use them when I want to read something Faraway. Cuz of that my eyes are getting worse .what should I do

May 22, 2020I'm an optometrist here if you are young like under 20 you need to wear your spectacle because if you don't the myopia will progress to a high number and you need to change your spectacle every 2 years that's naturw our eyes change their power as age increases so you have to wear your spectacle and go to your doctor.

May 22, 2020Man there is this myth if u wear glasses u will get better or won't get worse but I asked the one doc who ordered for me but told me it is not related to wearing glasses.plus told me to check up my eyes every year and if the degree rises that's some thing to worry about. Glasses just correct ur sight not cure them
