Hey guys U know what Social media is killing me. It is a waste of time for me and I get it hard to quite or use it properly 😭 So what should I do to change this toxic habit?

Oct 11, 2021I don't actually suggest to uninstall apps. That won't change anything. But I think if u stop using them for a while( from 5 days to week) then u will see how social medias abused ur lovely and precious time then thats when u decide what to chose. Either the social media or ur freedom.

it might seems hard but uninstall every social media app specially facebook, instagram, snapchat mnamn, you just doesn't need them they are a huge waste of time, but also make yourself busy too, read, exercise and go out with your friends find another sort of entertainment like games ...
