Ask for forgiveness, redeem , do the exact opposite u did, accept ur only human, u did what u thought was the best possible option in that exact moment with the emotional u had at that time, accept what ever happened & try to do better in the future.

Can u tell me the general cause of your guilt? Like did u wrong someone, angered your parents or u commited sin etc?
