How can I break my arm more? I thought I broke my arm when I fell on my hand before yesterday....so I told everybody at school that I broke my arm and I was getting a cast when the called me....I went to the doctor but they said it wasn't broken and I don't need a cast....so I need a cast before I go to school tomorrow, please help me!!And please don't tell me to tell them the truth
