This is a question for u girls please help me out👩🦳 I got a fiance, we r so good together. She helps me out in my bad days and I help her in her bad days. But I can't help her in her menstrual period times 'cos I don't know what to do. Some times she gets much pain, other times it be a bit easy. 🙏🏽Please tell me what I can do to make her comfortable and ease her pain at those times!😔 and yea tnx for ur comments

In my case, wen my mp hits I dont really like asked being questions and such.. I just want to have a time alone. Try cooking for her, the first- two days are usually hard. Try to put warm cloth on her belly or back. Give her painkillers maybe That helps.. Ask her what you want to do for her. 😊😊

May 20, 2020What I do with my girl is I don’t talk much or not at all to here because she said she doesn’t wanna hear my voice but then she tells me why am I not talking to her? Is it because I’m disgusting and drama goes on. Anyways, rub her back and her lower abdominal, get her hot coffee or milk with tea, snacks since mine doesn’t have food during 1st and 2nd day and finally lay in the bed with her.
