It is knowing the Lord that will change everything... He will guide and help you throughout ur difficulties if you confess your sins and believe that Jesus Christ Die for our wickedness and rebellion... Only the truth will liberate you sir... You won't get any solution from the world trust me... Only one solution for many problem...
