Unfortunately yes I still have a journal (both in hard cover n in my phone) & not to sound sexist buh I don't refer to it as 'diary'. . It just sounds girly😬

Yeah I've had a diary since high school. It's so important to understand yourself, vent your feelings out and etc. N as a way of making some moments "immortal"

Yeah! I have kept journals since middle school. They helped me understand my self and to be goal oriented. It's amazing to read back to them and realize your living your dreams
