I used to get that problem a lot... you have to go into advanced options that comes in bluescreen or after the automatic repair thing... then go to troubleshoot then open command prompt and enter chkdsk C: /f /r /x the C is the partition windows is installed... if it is D or E replace it... after then hit enter and wait for it to finish doing the checkdisk process.... always works for me..
