What is your strengths/weakness? Ans:= Strength: energetic, inventive, generous, caring, helpful Weakness: self involved, restless, self-absorbed 4. What is your expectation from this job? Ans:= Learning new things over the period. Good exposure to client communication and obviously a good pay that justify my role and skills. 5. What motivates you to do a good job?
