For someone who was constantly killed by sinus 😁...I recommend u take almetamin and sleep yeminesabesh/h ken if hv sth important lela kuami method tho sport just take a walk, run, just make ur body move a little exercise does a lot. Plus as I got older it became less painful, am 22 BTW
