I'm a 12th grader and even thou I don't use my phone or anything else while I am trying to study I look at a single page for hours without reading a single sentence while my mind is wondering somewhere else, I can't concentrate. Do you guys have any tips to help me concentrate?
May 10, 2020If it’s really serious and it’s been going on for a long time you should get checked out by a professional cause it might be something serious without you realizing it like ADHD or something, but don’t panic tho cause it could also just be really temporary which happens to all of us sometimes or if there’s something that’s on ur mind it might be that too
May 11, 2020Currently am in campus..but I remember the days I used to prepare A4 paper fold it in half and when I start reading one page ..I take out the main ideas and write them down on the folded A4 paper and read what I wrote roughly ....it rly helps I am still using this technique
