for a month or 2, been physically feeling my parotid gland "build up" (saliva) and release it into my mouth. it all lasts for about a minute and happens once, twice a day but it has a very weird sensation. also part of my skin which is exactly on the outside of this gland has been itchy. I've gotten used to all this but what alarmed me was since Friday night I've had this pain on a specific spot of my bottom right gum all the way at the back, and it's become a little restrictive on how I talk as well as difficulty swallowing. The spot is only on the gum (which has turned a little white) and the rest of the mouth and tongue is fine. I'm extremely scared because I'm a chronic smoker of marijuana and I thought what if it is mouth cancer? please somebody help, and thank you!
