I had to renew my Mom's passport so I went to the website and tried to schedule an appointment but the passport number was denied since its old says Democratic republic of ethiopia (that old) and the old passport number start by E....... unlike the new which start by EP..... so I tried to call the service no 8133 but they don't answer. So what should I do? I can't get her appointment as a new one cuz she lost her birth certificate.pls help😔
