Hi, I'm a university graduate from last year. The thing is I still haven't found a job. There were 2 times where I was almost hired but then employers backed out when they found out about my disability which is hearing loss. I couldn't communicate effectively with them through the phone so I asked them to please text me. They said they would but they never did even when I texted them first. So what I'm asking is are there any hard of hearing people in this channel who have jobs? If so what do you do? What do you suggest I should do? Please help a girl out.

I am no expert at this but i think you shouldn't just look for jobs within your educational background this may sound crazy but trust me if you just look around there quite a lot of jobs that doesn't require much learning i know because l have seen it wiz smn if you stop waiting for a job you want and just do what you can the job will come by itself.
