It might be a case of ISP throttling. It's basically your internet service provider (ethio telecom) making the connection slow because of the network is overwhelmed and they are trying to balance the stream of connection. If that's the case VPN should help

That happened to my wifi a day after it got installed to my house to. If it lasts more than a day call tele and tell them to fix it. Because it should not be slow with not much devices connected to it.
