Well if you want to go philosophical and think about it to arrive at a clear rational position free from emotion or bias, well it's wrong, since you're creating and participating in a market that's built on stealing, a morally wrong action. You're creating a door for more wrongdoings, in a sense that the robbers knowing that they have buyers, will steal more. But if everyone stopped to engage in this kind of trade, the buying of stolen objects, the thieves would no longer steal, for their crime would amount to nothing. If there's no demand, then there won't be an incentive to create a supply. So, it's wrong.
