First know for which platform you're gonna develop it 🍕Android 🍕ios For Android you need to know java. As for ios you can use swift programming language. Flutter is also another thing that you can use to develop both Android and ios app from a same code base. For that you need to know dart programming language. I recommend you to start with java. Know about the basics variable declaration, loops, conditional and stuff then then you can develop a simple app. You may need xml for layout part and watch some tutorial on YouTube for that too.
