Hey i was in a same situation. Now I settled on sprituality than religion. Don't see someone as Orthodox or Muslim. Take them as human beings. It helped me alot.. read about law of attraction, duality, karma, quantum physica..at some point they all helped me being sane. And always choose carefully about who to ask about this things. Everybody will try to upload their belief and mentality on to you. Try to look for answers yourself. Read read read. And rmmbr not all u read is right as well. May the universe help you heal
