10If you thinking about losing weight in gym I don't know how long it takes in my opinion when you are working out in a gym the Air will be diluted with carbon dioxide which will be exhaled by others so you will not get enough oxygen for your respiratory system which means fat is not burning but you are sweating the water out of you. So I prefer an open environment you will get oxygen. And I lost 12 kilos in 1 month and a half. Reply if you want a routine.
