Yes u can change it u can even change ur name. Lol this happened to me last year nd everyone was freaking me out they were saying you cant change court hedek asmskrek mnamn gn its so fucking easy the first thing u have to do is go to the kebelle nd change the date of birh then with it go to immigration with ur old passport nd birth certficate then they will change it. U can even chage ur name gn bicha i advise u betewattttttttt immigration bithed if its urgent cuz besemam werefa damnnnn. I rmbr i went there like ke lelitu 10:00 nd there were alreadt abt 25 ppl bene bet eko am so fuckin early 😭😭😭😭😭

If you want to change the one on your birth certificate go to keble you can do it easily or if you want to change the one on your passport go to the immigration office with your birth certificate and they will change it
