Actually i did work for me, but it's only i ws blessed to be in absolutely peaceful city and campus other wise ur doomed so my advice is not to do it, just stay where u are and stay at dorm if hated the home environment

Try getting another birth certificate that matches the one in ur passport u might have to pay off some ppl but i think that maybe an option
