Yes its study of human clultures adel ende so if u know about some one culture we treat him fairly by thinking what he do is part of hi culture and this allow minorities to participate in countries or world economics , social life same as others which creates a good impact and leads to growth so yes it have but it also have negative impact ot it will create negative difference
