I don't think there are any available. Personally I have participated in a lot of CTFs (they are a type of cybersecurity contests) and my way of learning is by practicing. But first you need to know the basics of Linux. People mostly use Kali Linux as their OS of choice for cybersecurity but I personally prefer BlackArch. I recommend you use Kali Linux if you are a beginner, and are not used to Linux.
