The only thing they care about is having a man that is wanted by other girls. You have to have something that is admired by most people in order for them to be interested in you. Even if you are well mannered, well adjusted, caring, sweet, generous... but if you are a person that is not liked by any one around her or society in general - for example if you are poor, low status, unattractive, shorter than everyone around you.. then nothing you improve will help you.
